About Us

Scott and Fiona Roebig are the proud owners and creators of Thom & Ann's Restaurant Deli, located at Yarrabilba Village. Our aim is to bring a family friendly relaxed atmosphere showcasing local products and great food.
 
Scott has been a chef for 17 years and has recently been training upcoming chefs in a Brisbane based training organisation.
He has worked in Ayers Rock, Heron Island, Canberra and Asia to name a few. His favorite cuisine is Eclectic

Fiona have been in the hospitality industry for 12 years and has spent the last 6 years working in the Nationally Accredited Training sector, passing the industry knowledge to school students as well as full time trainees.

Where Did The Name Come From

The name Thom & Ann's came from a late night trying to come up with ideas for our next crazy adventure. When some said why not Thom and Ann's, which originates from our children's names, Thomas and Annabelle.
